North Dakota Health Care Review, Inc. is pleased to extend an invitation to our Sixth Annual Quality Forum October 10-11, 2006 at the Holiday Inn, Fargo, ND.  We are bringing together health care providers from hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and home health agencies to provide tools, resources, and best practices to achieve lasting improvement in the quality of health care they provide.  From plenaries to breakout sessions, our presenters will prepare you to take on new challenges and reach the goal of providing the right care for every person every time.
